What if they do not finish everything?
Then it is not done, and you are not charged more. You booked a block of time, not a result — which is why you choose the order.
Can I ask for something not on the list?
Yes. The list is there to save you typing. Tell the pro on the day, or write it in the notes.
Do they bring supplies?
Bring your own cleaning materials. If something has to be bought, the pro tells you the price first.
Is it cheaper than booking a named service?
It depends. A single job with a fixed scope is usually cheaper as a named service. An hour is better value when you have several small things.
When do I pay?
After the work. The completion OTP you give the pro is what releases the payment.
